Experience that
began with the land.
Arizona native Kent Sheppard began his business career operating his family’s farming business. In 1996, he founded KLASS Services Inc., a civil site contracting company.
After leading the development and construction of several speculative homes, Kent founded Raindance Builders in 2009. That background brought a practical understanding of sites, construction and the relationships that move a project forward.

Raindance Builders, LLC and KLASS Services, Inc. are separate companies with complementary areas of expertise. KLASS Services specializes in civil site development and underground infrastructure, while Raindance Builders focuses on residential and commercial building construction.
