Raindance Builders

Privacy policy.

How we collect, use and protect your personal information.

Last updated November 5, 2026.

Raindance Builders, LLC (“Raindance,” “we” or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy covers information we receive through this website, our inquiry and referral forms, email, and calls to or from our business phone number, (623) 253-6149.

We do not sell your personal information or make customer call records, recordings or transcripts available to the public. For a privacy or deletion request, email contact@rdbaz.com.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, company or trade, project location, and the project details or other information you choose to provide. Please share only information relevant to your inquiry and avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, Social Security numbers or other sensitive identification data through a form, email or recorded call.

Our phone service keeps call records for incoming and outgoing calls. These may include the calling and called numbers, caller identification when available, call date and time, duration, routing and whether the call was answered or missed. Recordings, voicemail messages and transcripts may also contain information shared during a conversation.

Our hosting and security providers may process your IP address, browser or device details, requested pages and related technical logs to deliver and protect the website.

Call recording, voicemail and transcription

Business calls and voicemail may be recorded and transcribed. This applies to calls you make to Raindance and calls our team makes to you through our company phone service. A recording notice is provided before a recorded live conversation begins, and we obtain any additional consent required by applicable law before recording.

Voicemail recordings, transcripts and caller details may be delivered to authorized team members by email for follow-up. We use these records to handle inquiries, coordinate projects, maintain accurate communication records and resolve questions about our services. Transcripts can contain errors and may be reviewed against the recording.

If you prefer not to take part in a recorded conversation, email us at contact@rdbaz.com to discuss your inquiry or another way to communicate.

How we use your information

We use information to answer questions and return calls, discuss and coordinate construction projects, communicate with customers and trade partners, administer referrals, and maintain relevant business records. We also use information as needed to protect our services, prevent misuse, comply with legal obligations and address disputes.

If you introduce someone through the referral program, obtain their permission before sharing their details. We use the information to review eligibility, contact the prospective client about their project and administer the program. The referral email records the submitted confirmations, terms version and submission time.

Service providers and limited disclosure

We use Twilio and connected telecommunications providers to operate our company phone service, including call routing, records, recordings and transcription. Website project inquiries, vendor inquiries and referrals are sent through Twilio Email to our company mailbox so authorized team members can respond. Hosting, email and other providers may process information to deliver our website and business communications. Authorized service providers receive information only as needed to provide their services, subject to applicable confidentiality, security and legal requirements.

We may share relevant project information with people you authorize or as needed to carry out an agreed project. We may also disclose information where required by law or valid legal process, or where necessary to protect legal rights and the security of our services. These limited operational and legal disclosures do not permit selling personal information or sharing it for another company’s marketing.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. Mobile numbers and any messaging opt-in data or consent are not sold or shared with third parties, affiliates or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. Our business phone currently supports calls only. Providing your number, calling us or submitting a form does not enroll you in text messages or consent to automated marketing calls.

Information about Twilio’s processing is available in its Privacy notice.

How we protect information

We treat customer contact information, call records, recordings, voicemail and transcripts as confidential business information. Our data-handling rules limit access to authorized personnel and service providers with a legitimate business need. We do not publish these records on our website or make them available for public browsing.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and loss. Our public website uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. No system or method of transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

How long we keep information

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including customer follow-up, project records, legal obligations and resolving disputes. Retention can vary by the type of record and applicable requirements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or remove identifying details.

Some records may need to be retained after a deletion request because of legal, contractual, security or dispute-related obligations. Applicable provider records and backup copies may also be subject to separate retention requirements or deletion schedules.

Access, corrections and deletion requests

You may ask about the personal information we hold about you, request access or correction, request deletion of your information or call records, or ask us to stop nonessential follow-up contact. Email contact@rdbaz.com with the subject “Privacy request.”

Include enough information to identify the relevant communication, such as the phone number or email address used and an approximate date. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing, changing or deleting records, to protect your information and other people’s privacy. Do not email passwords or sensitive identification documents.

We review and respond to requests in accordance with applicable law and work with our service providers as appropriate. If we need to keep certain records or cannot fulfill a request, we will explain the relevant limitation where permitted by law. A request does not guarantee immediate removal of records whose retention is permitted or required by applicable law.

Website security, cookies and external links

Our hosting and security services may process technical information to operate the website and prevent abuse. We use browser storage to remember your privacy choice for up to 180 days. This necessary preference storage is separate from optional analytics.

Our inquiry forms use Google reCAPTCHA when enabled to help prevent spam. Google may process browser and interaction information and use security cookies. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Email and telephone links use your chosen communication service. External links, including maps and Instagram, lead to services with their own privacy practices.

Optional analytics and masked session replay

With your permission, we use PostHog to understand which pages and projects visitors view, how the website performs, and whether visitors choose actions such as calling, emailing or viewing a floorplan. Analytics can include page paths, referring website domains, event times, browser and device details, performance measurements, and randomly generated browser and session identifiers. We do not identify you in PostHog by your name, email address or phone number.

Choose “Analytics only” to allow these measurements without replay, “Allow all” to also allow masked session replay, or “Essential only” to decline both. Optional tracking stays off until you choose to allow it. Scrolling, continuing to browse or ignoring the notice does not give consent. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by keeping optional tracking off.

Masked replay recreates website navigation, pointer activity and scrolling to help us find usability problems. It is not an audio, camera or phone-call recording. We mask text and input values, block forms from replay, and do not record our contact, vendor or referral form pages. Replay is also paused on URLs containing query strings or fragments. Console logs, network request bodies, headers, canvas recording and cross-origin frames are not recorded by this setup. Form submissions and their contents are not sent to PostHog.

We remove query strings and fragments from analytics page URLs and do not store advertising campaign parameters in this integration. PostHog receives your IP address when your browser connects to its service; our analytics configuration requests that IP and geographic enrichment not be retained as event properties. This does not remove network information needed by hosting or security providers.

After you allow analytics, PostHog uses local browser storage for pseudonymous identifiers and preferences. Our current setup uses local storage rather than analytics cookies. PostHog processes permitted analytics and replay data for Raindance in its US cloud service, which may involve processing outside your country. These records are for internal website improvement and are not sold or made public. See PostHog’s privacy policy.

Use in the footer to change or withdraw your choice at any time. Withdrawing stops future optional capture and clears the SDK’s analytics persistence on this browser; it does not automatically delete records already received. For access or deletion, email contact@rdbaz.com. Analytics records use pseudonymous identifiers, so we may need additional information to locate a particular visit. Please do not send sensitive documents.

Policy updates and contact
