Project descriptions, photographs and floorplans are provided for general information. We aim to keep them accurate, but details can change or contain errors. Floorplans and dimensions are illustrative and should be verified for your intended use. Website materials are not architectural, engineering, financial or legal advice.
Homes offered for sale
For current availability, property information, showings and sale terms, contact the listing agent identified on the home’s page. Raindance’s construction portfolio does not replace the agent’s disclosures, an inspection or transaction documents. Listing information can change, and this website does not create a purchase contract or an agency relationship.
Inquiries and construction services
Sending a form, calling or emailing does not establish a construction contract, reserve a schedule or guarantee that we will accept a project. Scope, pricing, schedules and responsibilities must be confirmed in a separate agreement with Raindance. Avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or sensitive identification documents through website forms.
Client referral rewards
The residential referral program is governed by its Referral Program Terms & Conditions. Submitting a referral does not itself approve eligibility or guarantee a reward. Raindance reviews submissions and contacts the prospective client.
Privacy and phone communications
Our Privacy policy describes information collected through the website and business communications, including incoming and outgoing phone records, call recordings, voicemail and transcripts. A notice is provided before a recorded live conversation, with additional consent obtained where required by law. The company number currently supports calling. Providing a number or submitting a form does not enroll you in text messages or automated marketing calls.
Optional website measurement
Optional website analytics and privacy-protected session replay operate according to your privacy choices. You can allow analytics only, allow analytics and replay, or decline both. Using this website, submitting an inquiry or reading these terms is not consent to optional tracking. You can change your choice through the footer.
