1. Who is eligible

The referring client must be a past Raindance Builders client who has completed a construction project with the company. The referred person must be a new prospective client who has not previously contracted with Raindance and is not already actively discussing a project with the company.

You may not refer yourself or a project in which you have a direct ownership or financial interest. Additional exclusions appear in Section 7.

2. Qualifying residential contracts

The new client must sign a residential construction or remodeling contract with an original qualifying contract value of at least $25,000. New residential construction, full-home remodels, renovations and home additions may qualify. Commercial projects are excluded.

The $25,000 minimum is measured before applying the $750 referral credit. Taxes, permit fees and any other excluded charges expressly identified in the contract do not count toward the minimum. Qualification is based on the original construction contract, not later change orders.

Preconstruction agreements, design consultations, estimating services and other preliminary service agreements do not qualify unless specifically approved in writing by Raindance. Purchasing a completed home is not, by itself, a qualifying construction contract.

3. Submitting and verifying a referral

Submit the official Client Referral Form before the prospective client enters into a construction contract. The new-client requirements in Section 1 also apply.

Obtain the prospective client’s permission before sharing their contact details. They must agree to Raindance contacting them about the project. Provide accurate information and only share project details they have authorized you to pass along.

Raindance verifies the referral and confirms eligibility before approving a reward. Submitting the form, receiving a delivery confirmation or having an initial conversation does not establish reward eligibility or a construction agreement.

4. The referring client’s reward

An eligible referring client receives one $750 Visa gift card after all of the following conditions are met:

• The referred client signs a qualifying construction contract of at least $25,000, calculated as described in Section 2.
• Raindance receives and clears the required initial contract payment.
• The contract has not been canceled or rescinded.
• Raindance verifies that all program eligibility requirements have been satisfied.

The gift card will be issued within 30 calendar days after all conditions are met. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash through Raindance. Use of the card is subject to the card issuer’s terms.

5. The new client’s contract credit

The qualifying new client receives a one-time $750 credit toward the construction contract. The credit must be reflected in the signed construction contract or an accompanying written addendum and reduces the total amount payable.

The credit cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another project or applied retroactively to a previously executed contract. It does not change payment deadlines or other contract requirements except as stated in the written agreement.

6. One reward per qualifying project

Only one referring client may receive a reward for each qualifying project. If more than one person refers the same prospective client, the first eligible referral documented and accepted by Raindance receives the reward.

Each qualifying new client may receive only one $750 credit per project. Multiple submissions do not create additional rewards or credits.

7. Restrictions and exclusions

Rewards are available only for legitimate, verified new project opportunities. Rewards and credits cannot be combined with other promotional discounts unless Raindance approves the combination in writing.

Employees, subcontractors, vendors, real estate professionals and other parties subject to referral compensation restrictions are excluded unless Raindance expressly approves their participation in writing and it is permitted by applicable law. Written approval cannot authorize compensation prohibited by law.

8. Personal recommendations and disclosure

Clearly tell the person you recommend that you may receive a $750 gift card if their project qualifies. Recommendations must reflect your honest experience. The program does not require or reward an online review, a positive rating or a testimonial.

The program is for personal introductions with permission. It does not authorize unsolicited bulk marketing, automated calls or text-message campaigns on Raindance’s behalf.

9. Referral activity restrictions

Participants are not representatives, agents, salespersons or contractors acting on behalf of Raindance. You may share your personal experience and the published program information, but you may not negotiate contracts, provide construction estimates, make company representations about pricing or services, or solicit construction contracts on Raindance’s behalf.

All consultations, proposals, negotiations and construction agreements are handled directly by authorized Raindance representatives. A referral does not give a participant authority to make commitments for the company.

10. Contract cancellation or termination

If the new client’s contract is canceled or rescinded before the gift card is issued, the referring client is not eligible to receive the reward. Treatment of a new-client credit associated with a canceled or terminated contract is governed by the applicable construction agreement and law.

Nothing in the program limits any cancellation, rescission or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

11. Program changes and eligibility decisions

Raindance may modify, suspend or terminate the program at any time, subject to applicable law. Changes will not retroactively affect qualifying referrals already accepted under the existing terms, except where required by law.

Raindance reviews referrals and makes eligibility decisions in good faith, consistent with the published terms and applicable law. Contact the company if you believe information about your referral is incomplete or incorrect.

12. Taxes and legal compliance

Recipients are responsible for any applicable taxes on their rewards. Raindance may request tax documentation separately and make any reports or withholding required by law. A reward is not represented as tax-free merely because it is provided as a gift card.

All rewards are subject to applicable federal, Arizona and local laws, including restrictions governing construction-related referral compensation. Do not submit tax identification numbers or tax documents through the referral form.

13. Contact permission and privacy

The referral form collects the referring client’s details, the prospective client’s authorized contact details, optional project information, and confirmations of past-client status, permission and terms acceptance. Raindance uses this information to review the referral, discuss the prospective project and administer the program.

A referral is not an opt-in to automated marketing calls or texts. The website records the terms version and submission time in the referral email sent to Raindance. Information handling and contact options are explained in the Privacy notice.

14. Other agreements and questions

These terms govern referral rewards and credits. They do not replace a construction contract, guarantee that Raindance will undertake a project, or change construction scope, warranties or payment obligations except through an agreed written contract or addendum. Applicable law and the construction agreement govern the construction work.
